If we knew what we were doing, it wouldn't be called Research

Wing lab

ABOUT

Since 1993, Dr Wing's lab has studied the ubiquitin- proteasome system from the perspectives of both fundamental biology and mechanisms of diseases. These studies have led to new insights in the areas of spermatogenesis and infertility, fuel metabolism and diabetes, muscle biology and atrophy/cachexia. More recently, we have broadened our scope of interest and are now exploring the role of ubiquitination in the central nervous system and neurodegenerative diseases.  The lab has produced numerous reports and has trained over 25 graduate students and fellows and hosted many undergraduate students.
